About Us
The Phnom Penh Counselling Centre (formerly known as JLCAMS) was founded in 1998 by Jane Lopacka. Jane is a British accredited counsellor and has worked in Cambodia since 1993. PPCC’s international and Khmer counselling team serve both the Expatriate and Khmer communities by offering a wide range of counselling services.
